Actually the auto insurance company is not dumb because the company has good calculation of risk that they afford to pay. They let the car owner to pay first the insurance fee for a year membership. This will lead the company to use the money right away before the company spends money if the car owner claims damage of their car. With this term the company can make profit first using the member’s money. After know the truth now I’m not doubt anymore about this insurance.
